Hi, I’m Lucas Van Berkel — a two-time Olympian, former Team Canada middle blocker, and professional volleyball player with over a decade of international experience. After 14 years competing at the highest levels in countries like Italy, Germany, France, and Turkey, I’ve returned home to focus on what I’m most passionate about: helping the next generation of athletes grow, thrive, and chase their own dreams.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in intentional development — blending high-level technical instruction with video analysis, mental performance strategies, and mentorship. Whether you're preparing for tryouts, aiming for a university scholarship, or simply looking to elevate your game, my goal is to provide personalized support that goes beyond just reps on the court.
